The Tour of Honor
Let’s recognize the exceptional people who help us make this event possible.
The organizing committee of Tour de Gatineau wishes to honor the volunteers and other special individuals who have put forth efforts to sustain activities that contribute to the well-being of everyone.
For each of the Tours, a list of remarkable individuals who have contributed to the sports community has been created to acknowledge their efforts.
The Tour d’honneur seeks to recognize these outstanding individuals by organizing a bicycle parade on the circuit of the criterium races part of the Tour de Gatineau. Karol-Ann Canuel, former Olympian, will be the ambassador and open the lap of honour. Groups and volunteers from various cycling clubs, outdoor sports activities, African and Muslim communities, and volunteers from Gatineau Park, Foret Boucher and the Terry Fox Run will be present.
We hope to see a large turnout to encourage and support them.
